Michael Kurt Mayer (b.1999, Montreal) is a German-Quebecer architect. He is currently completing graduate studies in architecture at Harvard University. In 2021, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University, where he was awarded the Derek Drummond Award and the Wilfred Truman Shaver Travelling Scholarship. He has trained under Peter Rose and Pritzker Prize laureate Peter Zumthor, where he contributed to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, among others. While originally from Quebec, he has worked in Germany, Switzerland and the United States, and speaks English, French and German.
